The Supa Powa Scrum Machine has a unique hydraulic system which stimulates actual game scrum conditions. It lifts, lowers and wheels either side of the scrum - The one that pushes back and more. The coach can control the  pressure with one hand. Training effectiveness is improved as technique / skill development can be measured and adjustments can be made to improve technique. Coaches can concentrate on forwards only, and it is very safe for young player development.
