Refund Policy

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully, we have provided a full description and will happily answer any further questions you may have before making your final decision, please contact us.

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. We will ensure all items are in perfect condition before dispatch.

Delivery/Returns policy:

Delivery
All deliveries within New Zealand are direct to your door. Please ensure that when placing your order you advise us of any special delivery instructions, especially if you are likely to be away from home when the courier calls.

Any shortages or damages to product must be reported to Powa Products within 24 hours by phone or email quoting your purchase details.

You must ensure that goods have not been damaged in transit before signing a delivery/courier receipt docket.
