Ice Cool Gel Pad stays cold for up to 8 hours of skin contact. To be used as an aid in the treatment of bruising, swelling, sprains, strains, fever, sports injuries, muscle and ligament injuries, tendon injuries, sore joints, headache, back pain, leg pain, foot pain and any other type of injury that responds to icing or cold treatment.

No ice or refridgerating required.

Instructions for use:

1) Remove the Cool Gel Pad from Pack, remove the plastic film covering the gel side of the pack.

2) Place Gel against skin or hair. Leave in place as long as desired.

3) If removed before 8 hours is passed simply place back in the silver pack and store in a cool place again for use at a later time.

4) Can be used weeks after initial opening as long as package does not get hot.
